About Little Molvenny Self Catering Holiday Cottage in Cornwall

Little Molvenny is a cottage beautifully converted from a Cornish barn into a cosy holiday home with three bedrooms and patio, in secluded private grounds at the end of a private lane. The two ground floor bedrooms with their wonderfully comfortable mattresses can easily go together to form a large double bed, or can separate to provide twin bedrooms as you wish. Together with an upstairs queensize bed the cottage sleeps up to six, and dogs are welcome and enjoy the many walks in the area. The ground floor features an open plan sitting and dining room and modern self-catering kitchen with fridge, freezer, microwave and everything you need to cook up a feast and relax with your guests. From the sitting room a glass door opens right onto the south facing patio, where you'll find deck chairs, a picnic table and a barbecue to enjoy as you look across the sunny fields to the sea. The whole cottage can be cheerfully heated by a log burner in the sitting room on cool evenings with kiln dried wood available to purchase on site. Hot water is provided by a combination boiler, and your main bathroom provides both a bathtub and a modern electric shower. A separate washroom provides another toilet and washbasin, and all linen is provided. To connect up with the rest of the world you have unlimited wifi, as well as a television, Dab radio and music system with iphone docking station. Of course, outside the summer months the cottage has its own heating provided by the boiler. Right outside the main door you have your own parking, accommodating up to two vehicles on within the property. Porthcurno bus services will stop on request at the entry to the access lane, about 300 yards away, and there is a local taxi company Logan Rock Cars on call within a mile. You can also easily get to several Porthcurno beaches and the coastal footpath from signposted footpaths starting from a neighbouring field.
